When you submit an enquiry or contact Egon Limited you are agreeing to be contacted by one of our representatives by phone, email or any other form of communication. You have an option of opting out of further contact by contacting us in writing or email, should you no longer wish to be contacted about future car leasing special offers by Egon Limited.

We offer a wide range of new vehicles to lease including commercial vehicles and cars. Our services include in-depth knowledge of vehicle leasing and related products and services.

We undertake to comply with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for arranging the leasing of cars and commercial vehicles and vehicle funding advice. We are registered with the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) and under the Data Protection Act.

The Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If we deliver a car to a private customer (not a business) without meeting them face to face the sales will be governed by these regulations. This gives you certain rights that are explained below.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

How to Cancel

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model cancellation form available from us, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

• 2Payments must be made by Direct Debit on the dates specified in your agreement.
• 3Late payment charges may apply if payments are not received on time.
• 4All prices quoted are subject to VAT where applicable.

Fair Wear and Tear

The vehicle must be returned in good condition, allowing for fair wear and tear. Fair wear and tear guidelines are available from the BVRLA and will be provided with your vehicle.

Excess Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Damage beyond fair wear and tear
• Excess mileage above the agreed annual limit
• Missing items or accessories
• Incomplete service history

The customer is responsible for maintaining comprehensive motor insurance for the full duration of the lease agreement. Proof of insurance must be provided before vehicle delivery.

The customer accepts full liability for the vehicle during the lease period, including any damage, theft, or third-party claims.

Early termination of the lease agreement is possible but may result in early termination charges. These charges are calculated based on the remaining contract value and current vehicle valuation.

Customers wishing to terminate their agreement early should contact us to discuss options and costs.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
